LCS2 Large Chain Separator

This roller and bush chain separator is crafted from high-quality steel, ensuring durability and reliability in industrial settings. It is specifically designed for separating roller and bush chains with end-softened pins. For chains with hardened pins, the ends must be ground before they can be removed. Operating this tool is simple and efficient: simply grip the chain in the self-closing jaws, which support the chain to prevent twisting while the link pins are driven out. Then, turn the T-handle to push the pins out. For safety, always ensure the machine is turned off before disconnecting or connecting the chain.
